Red Wines

Red wine are dark red in colour and they are produced from red grapes. They gets its colour from the grape's skin which contains tannin. Tannin concentration can controlled by the producers depending on how much they crushed the grape juice together with the skin and seed as they contain tannin. The amount of time it is being fermented together with the huice, skin and seed also increase the tannin content. Tannin gave wine a bitter taste and prevent oxidation of the wine. Major sediment of the wines are made up of tannin as they can polymerize.

White Wines
