Commercialization of Wines
People began to mass produce wines due to market demands. This lead to the cultivating of wines which is known as science of making wines ( viniculture ).
Vines like grapes were being studied ( viticulture ) in order to quicken their process of growth and to improve their quality which eventually lead to better variety of wines.
